Many lenders have online automated rate quoting systems. We do... But remember that credit score alone does not equal a loan approval, and many factors beside score go into an interest rate quote. www.Minneapolis-Mortgage.net

There is nowhere you can go to see.. loan pricing is based on many factors, and without knowing all the details, its impossible for anyone here to be accurate.. any loan officer who does shoot you an interest rate with only a credit score to go by, is not someone you would want to use.. you would just be setting yourself up for disappointment.. if you want to know for sure, then your gonna have to do it the ole fashioned way.. pick up the phone and call a local mortgage broker.. give him the necessary info and they will be able to quote you a firm exact figure.. No more guessing!! I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information.
