husband in the military and overseas often - best way to get a mortgage?

I'm concerned we won't be able to qualify since he lives with me part time. Will the mortgage have to count as a second home?

The VA has a provison for when the spouse is deployed. You can purchase the home a a primary residence as long as the spouse will occupy that home in a reasonable amount of time. Please call me at 706-631-8049. I will be happy to help you!

If your husband is overseas often due to work, you will still be able to purchase the home as a primary residence as long as you will be living in it full time.
